Associations and Support Groups
Support groups
While I will mention a few national pagan support groups I want to try to focus this page mostly on Texas. I will be listing groups that are either specifically pagan or are friendly to it. I know that some groups say they are but have been known to have so many members of one particular belief that it may get uncomfortable, so I will only be listing those I know for certain are truly a comfortable place to be. If you know of any not listed here please let me know at Muttnboofer@yahoo.com along with any contact information you can give. If you would like information on setting up a support group you may contact me and I will try to help you out the best I can.
National Associations
Directory of UU homeschool groups
This is a list of UU affiliated homeschool groups. I've found 3 that aren't listed here though so it's still probably best to ask you local UU church.

Don't know if this is an official organization or not, but it should be. This is the webpage for H.O.P.E., Homeschooling Outreach and Pagan Education. Lots of good stuff for homeschoolers and such here.

There are several national homeschool associations that are not religiously based. Due to space I won't list them here. It's easiest to just do a search for them on your favorite search engine.

Denton County Pagan Homeschoolers

Check http://www.Meetup.com for pagan homeschool groups. They do a check by zipcode. Be advised that Meetup.com charges their coordinators to keep the groups running so some groups charge a small fee to become a member. A lot of homeschool groups do charge though so don't let this put you off.
Austin Pagan Homeschoolers

Corpus Christi Pagan homeschoolers

and one that I started to be a help to anyone wanting to use Goddess Moon Circles Academy...
Homeschool Co-Ops
This is all I could find. I know that there are many groups that are not religiously affiliated, but would like those with personal experience to let me know which ones are comfortable for pagan families. If you have information on homeschool groups like this or that are pagan oriented here in Texas please let me know. Thanks!
